1. Scope
This privacy policy applies to the Pet Growth mobile application (pet growth records and related supporting features) (hereinafter, “the App”).

2. Information we process
The App is centered on local recording and display. When you use its features, we may process the following information as needed to provide the service:
- Information you actively provide
- Pet profile data (e.g. nickname, sex, notes, and other fields you enter or select)
- Growth records (text, dates, tags, etc.)
- Images linked to records: typically stored within the app’s data scope as local paths on the device or local copies (depending on your actions and system behavior)
- App settings and preferences
- For example language, appearance, master notification switch, and reminder-related configuration, used locally to restore your preferences.
- Local reminders and notification logs (if you enable them)
- To schedule and show reminders locally, the app may store reminder rules, planned trigger times, etc.; if a “notification history” type feature is provided, it may store log information related to local notifications, all of which are stored on your device by default.
- Device and system capabilities
- To use the photo library, camera, local notifications, etc., the app calls interfaces provided by the operating system; this may involve system permission prompts and authorization status.
We do not automatically obtain your system passwords or independent data from other apps as a result.
Note for the current version (aligned with implementation): In the App, data for the primary (A-side) flow is stored on the device by default (e.g. persisted via the system’s local storage mechanisms), and we do not, by default, upload the above content to our servers. If a future version adds accounts, cloud sync, third-party analytics, or similar services, we will inform you separately through in-app notices or by updating this policy.
3. Purposes of use
We use relevant information only to the extent necessary to implement product features, for example:
- Displaying and managing pets, growth records, gallery, memories, atlas, and similar modules
- Generating and syncing reminders locally and logging notification-related data (if you enable it)
- Saving UI language, theme, and other preferences according to your settings
- When you actively export, share, or similar, writing data to the location or channel you choose per your instructions
4. System permissions
We may request system permissions including but not limited to:

You may turn off or restrict these permissions at any time in the device’s system settings; after doing so, features that depend on them may be unavailable or limited.
5. Storage, security, and uninstallation
- Most data is stored locally on your device. Keep your device secure and prevent unauthorized access by others.
- Uninstalling the app may cause local data to be removed by the system and not recoverable (unless you have backed it up yourself via export or other means).
- Export features (e.g. ZIP, clipboard) are triggered by you; you are responsible for the security and further distribution of exported files.
6. Third parties and cross-border transfers
- By default, we do not collect server-side copies for the App’s primary flow (see Section 2).
- When you use the system photo library, system share sheet, system notifications, etc., processing is governed by the privacy policies of the operating system or third-party apps you choose.
- If third-party SDKs are integrated in the future (analytics, sign-in, cloud storage, etc.), we will list the third party’s name, purpose, and opt-out options where applicable in this policy or dedicated notices.
7. Minors
If you are a minor, use the App only with the consent and guidance of a parent or guardian. Guardians should supervise the minor’s device use and permission grants.
8. Policy updates
We may update this policy due to feature changes or legal requirements. After an update, we will notify you by reasonable means such as in-app notices.
